Fire broke out in Western Drugs factory situated in IT park area at Madri Industrial Area resulting in a lot of commotion.

As per details received, fire broke out during a welding process that was going on in the factory. The fire soon started spreading. The labourers working in the factory immediately rushed outside and some made an effort to try and control the fire.

Fire brigade was also informed immediately. However, the safety alignment and processes in the factory ensured that the fire was brought under control before the fire brigade arrived. the time the fire tankers arrived. The fire was eventually tamed after a lot of effort.
