One man died while a lady was injured when a speeding car hit a bike today morning at Badgaon-Chikalwas road. The bike rider died from severe head injuries.

As per reports, the deceased bike rider was going from Udaipur towards Chikalwas today morning. A speeding car coming from the opposite direction hit him. As a result of the impact, the bike rider jumped and fell on the road. He sustained severe head injuries in the process and later succumbed to the head injury.

A lady flower vendor sitting on road side was also injured in the incident. Agitated crowd that gathered there said that speeding vehicles had become a nuisance in the area and blocked the road for over 2 hours demanding construction of speed breakers.

On receiving the information, Ambamata SHO Netrapal Singh reached the spot along with his team. They then assured the crowd of constructing a speed breaker post which the road blockage was opened.
