Coming on back of 30 IAS and 75 IPS transfers, the State Government has issued an order transferring 113 RAS officers across the state. It is reported that most of the transfers have been done at the behest of recommendations of MLAs from respective constituencies.

The transfers have been done across several departments including mining & minerals, woman & child, Revenue and local bodies.

The key transfers in Udaipur are as follows:

Gitesh Malviya will take over as the district civil supply officer (DSO) in Udaipur. Harsh Sawan Sukha has been appointed as the Managing Director for Rajasthan State Mines and Minerals Ltd. This position had been lying open for quite some time.

Chhogaram Dewasi has been appointed as the Additional Commissioner (Administration), Excise Department, Udaipur. He was earlier serving as the Additional District Collector and Additional District Magistrate. Chhogaram will be replace in his earlier position by Chand Mal Verma. Chand Mal was earlier in the same position in Suratgarh (Ganganagar).

Rajendra Prasad Agarwal will take over as the Additional District Collector and Additional District Magistrate (City) in place of Subhash Chand Sharma.
