Under the ‘Sarkar Apke Dwar’ program, the officers did not take the public complaints seriously and rejected them outright. This came out in the light during a complaint review taken by Div Commissioner Bhawani Singh Detha.

Detha is reviewing public complaints review of Udaipur division’s 6 districts. In the initial scrutiny, the negligence of many workers and officials came up front.

Detha informed that in the review, the worthy complaints will be given solution for. The pleas rejected due to negligence will be taken care of and action will be taken against the concerned officers.

In Udaipur, under the program ‘Sarkar Apke Dwar’ and ‘Sampark Portal’, a total of 2,04,202 complaints were received out of which only 46,236 got relieved and the rest 1,31,196 were straightaway rejected. The officers were seen to have worked hurriedly on only those complaints for which the CM was serious.
