Residents of Udaipur are welcome to relish the new flavour in town. This is your favourite The Yellow Chilli restaurant, which is now converted into a Pure Vegetarian restaurant due to significant customer demand, and relocated to a new address from 1st October 2016. The Yellow Chilli – Pure Vegetarian restaurant is located at Centrum, 56, New Fatehpura, Near Sukhadia Circle.
First launched in 2001, with restaurants spread across India and outside its shores too, The Yellow Chilli chain has been serving its patrons with excellent and innovative Indian cuisine. It is known for its state-of-the-art kitchens and highest standards in service being another hallmark of this chain.
“We quickly learned that majority of our customer base didn’t embrace our earlier concept of serving Non Veg,” said Sidharth Dashora, a local resident and CEO of the company. “So we changed our menu to a pure Veg menu better suited to our patrons at the new location.”
Executive Chef Mukesh Soni leads the kitchen with a menu that features fresh, seasonal ingredients and the restaurant’s signature menu items of Master Chef Sanjeev Kapoor, as well as locally recognized dishes appealing to all guests.
“Word is spreading about The Yellow Chilli, in a favourable way, which is soothing with prices and cuisine that are more palatable for the restaurant’s customer base. Guests are pleased”, said Vinod Rathore, Restaurant Manager.
Combined with curiosity about the new menu, the restaurant’s interior and ambience are enlivened for casual dining, which is a major factor in luring guests back to The Yellow Chilli. Sidharth Dashora believes The Yellow Chilli’s new menu will continue increasing its following of loyal customers.
Open seven days a week, the restaurant is located in the heart of the city. The restaurant is open Monday through Sunday from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm.
