Bishnu Charan Mallick chaired his first meeting on improvement of electricity services in Udaipur. He first took complete stock of situation before advising action plan.
Mallick urged for improvement of customer service and speedy rectification of all consumer complaints. He said that constant coordination needs to be maintained with public representatives for improving the overall electricity conditions in the city.
Collector called for technological advancements in the equipments used by department and for technical solutions to combat the menace of electricity theft. He also said that faulty meters should be immediately repaired on receiving complaints.
