A case of forced unnatural sex inside Udaipur Central Jail has been registered at Surajpole Police Station. The case was registered by the victim’s mother on his behalf.

The victim, 19-year old man, was arrested a month back under Arms Act by Hiran Magri Police. He was sent to jail by the court. When the victim’s mother went to meet him on 8-March, he told her about the incident.

As per victim’s statement, the incident happened on 3-March. The accused Rajudas threatened him inside the jail and had unnatural sex with him after putting a sharpened weapon made out of metal grill on the victim’s throat. Post that Rajudas abused him and left. He also accused that Rajudas and his friends had hit him a week prior to that.

The victim alleged that he also informed the Jail Superintendent about the same and requested for his medical check-up to be carried out but there was no action taken. Jail Superintendent SP Shekhawat, however, said that they have not received any such complaint and that the victim also never raised this during daily parade. Now that the complaint has been received, Shekhawat said that investigation will be carried out.

Surajpole Police has lodged a case under Section 377 and SC-ST act and started investigation.
