A 4 ft. long crocodile was caught and rescued from a well at Railmagra, Rajsamand today. The crocodile was later set free in Bagdara Nature Park.
According to Padam Singh Rathore, founder of Street and Wild Animal Rescue Society, the incident took place at Gangas Village of Railmagra. The crocodile was female and aged around 6-7 months.
After receiving call from villagers, Rathore with his team reached Gangas and rescued the crocodile in a more than 1 hour process.
The beast was later set free in the jungles of Bagdara Nature Park in presence of forest officials.
