Professor Umashankar Sharma, the newly appointed vice chancellor of Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technical Studies has officially taken his seat today with traditional way; all top officials of MPUAT were present during the occasion.

Prof Sharma while thanking Governor of the state and chancellor of University said that his priority is to develop financial condition of farmers of Mewar. Vice Chancellor said that he will avail all new researches and information to the farmers as early as possible.

While discussing about university’s issues VC said that there are several vacant posts which in university which need to be fill. He also talked about the problems of pensioners and said that he is trying to resolve it. He assured pensioners that the formality of loan from Bank of India is on its last stage and hopefully state government will also provide guarantee.
