Nestle recruits 4 students from College of Dairy and Food Science Technology, Udaipur

Subsequent to the visit by Managing Director of Nestle India to College of Dairy and Food Science Technology a couple of months ago, the premier recruiter at CDFST has handed placement offers to two students in their recruitment drive that concluded today.

Nestle India, on its recruitment drive to CDFST, MPUAT, shortlisted 2 female and 2 male candidates today in the final interview process.

As per information given by Dr LK Murdia, Dean, College of Dairy and Food Science Technology, the selected candidates – Nirmal Parmar, Jasmine Kaur, Kapil Menaria and Monika Garg, will be trained across the various food processing plants of the company for 6 months and then be absorbed on company payroll.

The candidates under training will be provided a stipend or Rs 15,000 per month and subsequent to the training period, will be inducted with annual package of Rs 6.7 lakhNirmal Parmar and Jasmine Kaur are students of BTech Food Technology, whereas Kapil Menaria and Monika Garg are pursuing BTech Dairy Technology.

Nestle had conducted the Enrich program at CDFST campus in July 2018, where students soft skills were enhanced substantially. This resulted in outstanding performance during the recruitment drive this month.
