A series of programs are organized before the festival of Christmas, staring from the first Sunday of December.

On the first Sunday, Holy Communion; second was Bible Sunday while yesterday on 16th Dec, the third Sunday, White Gift Sunday was celebrated at Shepherd Memorial Church.

On this occasion, kids of the community presented a Glimpse of Lord Jesus by dressing alike, while the pastor of the church distributed gifts wrapped in white covers among the needy ones. Seven days before Christmas, Carols are sung to express joy on the birth of Christ.

According to Parminas Mathews, spokesperson of the community, a combined Carol singing of all churches will be organized at the Shepherd Memorial on 23^rd. The Carol singing sessions have started from today, the 16^th and will conclude on 23^rd.
