On the night of the incident an alleged motorcycle was found inside the hospital compound. When police inspected about its owner, it was discovered that a fake identity was used for the registration of the vehicle. However, the photograph closely resembles the image captured in CCTV cameras installed in hospital.

Dinesh Singh Rohdia, SHO Hiran Magri Police station says “our main obstacle is identification of the suspect as he used fake details everywhere, though we are working on many other aspects which could not be disclosed at this moment. We hope to reach this man soon.”

Police is also zeroing on a sim card they had found from spot, but later on it was discovered that it was fake too. However, the photograph used in the paper was same as before.

Matching three pictures viz., the one that appears in CCTV footage, the other used in vehicle registration and photo used to register mobile SIM card are all same. Police also sketched an image according to the face appearing in CCTV.

It was reported that on the night of 6-7 August 2011, the cash amount which was collected as fees from the newly admitted students of MBBS was stolen from a safe in locker room. Interestingly, all doors which were unlocked by alleged thieves were not broken rather they used keys to open it.

Police strongly suspects someone from the staff or the one who is familiar with hospital office etc. is involved in this offense.
