Bujhda bridge work was forcibly brought to a halt by villagers at Sisarma road. The villagers have accused that appropriate material is not being used for the construction of this most required bridge. As reported, bridge wall was under construction without RCC. The combination of sand and cement was also not as per construction norms. The site was visited by an engineer of Public Works Department (PWD). The work has come to halt after these accusations since the bridge witnesses regular water flow during monsoons. If wrong material is used for construction, rain water is most likely to damage the bridge causing an obstruction and traffic from the village to the city will get completely disturbed.
