Gulab Bagh faces neglect post monsoon

It pains the heart of public to see that the area has become more of a marshland as there is water everywhere in the absence of proper drainage system. The lotus pond is full of algae and the children’s play area has dense long grass. The walkers can’t visit the park for their early morning walk as the track is covered with slime. There is a fear of damage to the trees as the area has turned marshy. It may be noted that Gulab Bagh has a great variety of herbal plants and trees and we might lose these if attention is not paid towards clearing the garden of rain water.
