While students of some reputed schools of the city are coughing out chilling secrets on online confession pages, schools remain totally unaware about this new online trend which made headlines on UT few days back.

However, one of the most controversial confession page of St Mary’s Convent School was found deleted today morning. The page had a lot of controversial confessions relating to teachers of the school which led to absolute embarrassments for the teachers.

Following St. Mary’s, St Paul’s Confession Page also disappeared from social networking site Facebook.

With the news going public, the reactions, it seems, have forced the page administrators to back-track on these pages.

When UT contacted school heads to inform them about these activities, their reaction was very bizarre.

“What confession…who made it…why…How and who are you to ask me about this?” said the Head of a school with branches in several cities across Rajasthan.

When clarified, the school head said “If such a thing has come up then I will get it removed from Facebook. I don’t get involved in such useless stuff”.

Another school principal told UT on a telephonic conversation on last Saturday, “We are not aware of it but will surely take action against such activities.”

Though such confession pages are new for Udaipur, hundreds and thousands of similar confession pages are already active on Facebook where mostly students and colleagues shell out their secrets anonymously.
