It’s happening in Udaipur – as the penultimate hour nears, a lot of stories (verified and unverified) are coming up regarding inability to vote in spite of having voter ID cards but names of entire families are missing; OR name is there in the list but the poll officers at certain booths are not accepting other ID cards such as Aadhar or PAN.
While speaking to a few disgruntled voters who were unable to exercise their vote, we came across a gentleman who refused to give up and went knocking multiple doors, only to return empty handed…
