Students of Seedling Modern Public School left for an educational tour to the Sikh pilgrimage Amritsar along with excursions to two hill stations, Dalhousie and Dharamshala.

School life cannot be complete without the fun of educational tours and excursions. They provide invaluable global learning. It is great fun to be in the company of friends, which differs from a vacation.

From Kashmir to Kanyakumari, and from the Rann of Kutch to Arunachal Pradesh, our country provides hundreds of places known for architecture, scenic beauty, history, flora and fauna.

To enjoy the scenic beauty and to know the historical importance , a group of twenty Seedlites  accompanied by our Vice Principal- Ms Shikha Kulshrestha & Harshna Jain left for an educational trip to AMRITSAR- DALHOUSIE – DHARAMSHALA  on 24 May. This trip is giving them an opportunity for a rich immersion experience and is helping them to know and understand the real, multicultural world.

Their visit to serene GOLDEN TEMPLE at Amritsar left them in awe and they could feel the pain and sacrifice at Jallianwala Bagh.  Witnessing  the ceremony at Wagah Border is a proud moment for every nation lover, which our Seedlites did not miss too. Dalhousie, in the laps of Himachal Pradesh is a piece of paradise for all. Later, they visited Khajjiar, a beautiful hill station located 16 kms from Dalhousie.

They returned from their excursions on 31 May.
