Seedling student Akshat Mittal has been selected in the last round of International Earth Science Olympiad organised by Geological Society of India to be held in September. Akshat will compete with students from 28 countries.
20 students have been selected from India. They all participated in training organised at Bengaluru. The training was conducted for 20 days.
On the last day, four students were selected. Akshat Mittal is a student of class XI of Seedling Modern Public School. School’s Director, Hardeep Bakshi said, “Akshat has been a merit holder since beginning and scholarship holder of school as well. He hoped that he will succeed in last round too.”
M.B. Hospital’s skin specialist Dr. Asit Mittal’s son Akshat Mittal has also been awarded 106th rank in NTSE.
