Kids educational trip to Bank of Baroda

BOB

Ryan International School, Udaipur conducted an educational trip to Bank of Baroda for young Ryanites where they learned about Money and Savings from Sr. Branch Manager who taught the children how to save their money.

Many primary students commented that they save their money in piggy banks. They were informed about the deposit and transaction procedures in the banks and about the ATM machine which became the main center of attraction for the little ones.

Ryan School specially focuses on two major aspects:

Teaching Money @ Home

Teaching Money @ School

Teaching Money @ School: Teaches students about how to count money and what the different coins represent. In the Montessori curriculum, we extend this idea further into the Bank Game where they can learn while they play.

Teaching Money @ Home: We ask parents to open their wallets and purses and show the various denominations of currency which help them to get a better understanding of money. During the trip, students were familiarized more closely with the products and services offered by the bank.

The Super Power, poetry by Taher

I have a lot of power,
Enough to destroy a sky touching tower.
I can stop a train,
And have an active brain.
I can hold ten elephants in one hand
And can play a one man band.
I never fall sick
Or get hurt by a toothpick.
The most difficult subject History,
For me is no big mystery.
For I can time travel
And can crush gravel.
I love ice-cream
And I like to day dream.
Oh no! I forgot to do my homework,
About where the storks lurk.
Will you help me complete it?
If you don’t I will have a fit

Our Second Mother

teacher2

Teachers are the best

They help us when we want them

They correct the mistakes

We have done

They give us knowledge

They protect us from danger

They are with us in every way

They are with us everywhere

They are with us every time.

Time to Sing

rain-pic2

Raining, it’s raining,

It’s raining all the day,

Raining, it’s raining.

We can’t go out to play.

But flowers will grow

And we will too,

There’ll be plenty to drink

For me and you.

Raining, it’s raining

But we won’t be sad today

We must be happy and

Not sad on a rainy day.

Lost Angel

pulkit-ahuja

Pulikit Ahuja

I met a lame boy on my trip,

who was in his high spirits,

I enjoyed a lot as well as he,

He became the best friend of me

Half a year passed of that event,

Came a call from one of three new friends,

One of the troop members died of an accident,

I have no idea it he who holded my hand.

Then after a month at a party at my home,

I became the biggest hindsight ever,

When my friend showed the died drown

Horror of which I thought never

The only angel of my life has gone,

And left me here to mourn.

Our Favourite Teacher

saurabh-rathoreSaurabh Rathore

You are like a flower,

Which is ours.

How your looks would be,

If we could only see.

We love your voice,

But some people think its noise.

If you teach for a minute,

We feel love in it.

When you give us a touch

Our happiness become more than much.

Our favourite guide,

From any difficulty we will never hide.

If god will give us a chance to ask something,

We will pray god to give you everything.

You are like our mother,

Who always bother.

And we can never tell how close you are,

May be near but seems so far.
