Three alleged murderers on a bike met with an accident near Bedwas - Pratapnagar today afternoon.  The three were allegedly part of a Murder plan which was devised to settle a land dispute.

Three people on a bike met with an accident near Bedwas – Pratapnagar today afternoon.  The three were allegedly part of a Murder plan which was devised to settle a land dispute.

A Scooty carrying three people reached Bedwas near Alakh Nayan Mandir Eye Hospital in the afternoon today.  The three were carrying swords and other arms with an intention to attack a certain Bhur Singh, in relation to a land dispute.  The vehicle slipped on the road and one person was seriously injured while his two accomplices fled from the scene.  The swords were also recovered from the site of the accident, which established the purpose with which the trio had approached the area.

As per information provided by the police, the three had a land dispute with Bhur Singh, following which they had come to attack Bhur Singh.  Bhur Singh was driving a water tanker and the Scooty collided with the tanker and slipped causing the trio to fall down from the vehicle.  One of the three was injured seriously and hence could not move, while the other two fled from the spot.

When the police reached the spot, they took the injured attacker to hospital for preliminary treatment and confiscated the arms recovered from the scene of the accident.  Bhur Singh, in his statement to the police said that the three were there with an intention to murder him, while the one person injured gave a statement saying that Bhur Singh intentionally collided into the Scooty with an intention to harm them.  Police is investigating both the statements before coming to a substantial conclusion.
