Meera Girls College hosts cultural program


Meera Girls hosted an inter class dance and singing competition today. The winners will be qualified for state level competition. 12 contestants participated in solo singing competition whereas 5 teams came up for group singing.

In dance competition 6 groups performed and 20 individuals performed solo dance. A special classical dance by the college group was also showcased.



The program was conducted at the cultural program hall at MG College. Seema Yadav, Cultural Secretary informed that Meera Girls College student union has organized the program and will invite entries from all the colleges of state in the month of December.

Previously the cultural program used to be of 7 day and was organized under the banner of Meera Mahotsav.



Divya prabhat won the Solo singing while Dream Girl Group won the group singing competition.

Solo dance competition was won by Neha kumawat and group dance was won by Arti and Group.



The event was judged by Dr. Rekha Bhatt, Dr. Aparna Kumawat, Dr. Sarita kumawat, Dr. Abha Gupta, Dr Vaishali Devpura and Dr Sushil. All judges are faculties of the college.

A dandiya competition will be held on 10th October at sports complex of the college campus.
