New Customer Care Portal of BSNL

After waiting for a long time BSNL finally launched a Customer Care Portal (selfcare.ndc.bsnl.co.in) for its users to know the details about various services which it is availing. By creating a new account in this portal one can access many services that are:
  • New Connections: You can register a new telephone connection
  • Additional Services: If you are an existing customer you can benefit with additional services.
  • Register Complaints: You can register complain. Also, can follow by tracking it.
  • View and Pay Bill Online: More secure and easy way to pay bills
  • FAQs and Solution Search: Find answers to your queries or problems
  • Product Catalog: Check out more latest products introducing by BSNL


How to Register on BSNL’s Website?

We are providing here with the steps by which you can easily register on BSNL’s website http://selfcare.ndc.bsnl.co.in. 1. Call at 0294-2523009. 2. Ask for a 10-digit “Customer ID” tell the person your phone no. 3. Go to http://selfcare.ndc.bsnl.co.in

4. Look for “Existing BSNL Customer? Click Here to Register and Avail Online Services.”

6. Select any security question. 7. Answer for security question. 8. Select a username. 9. Enter your valid email id. 10. Select the check box “I agree with all the terms and condition……” 11. Click on Submit. 12. You will receive the mail including your password in 24-48 hours. 13. You may call 1504 to get your password if you don’t receive the mail in stipulated time after registration.

    my telephone No. is 080 26665214 attached to Kumaraswamy Lay out exchange. the telephone was initially connected to the room due to some problem. Now the telephone is to be shifted to the mail hall for our convenience. The matter was booked in the KMS Lay out exchange with complaint No.1629 on 22 Feb 2011. After about 10 days the matter was again brought to the notice of the superintendent works as the work had not been attended to. He told that he will advise the concerned line man. Already 15 days are lapsed and so far there is no progress. I request your kind attention to the matter and advise the concern for necessary action.
