Today, 25^th March 2019, is the last day for the submission of transport vehicle tax. RTO department gave this declaration that vehicle tax can be submitted until midnight of 25^th March. As informed by Dr. M L Rawat, special arrangements will be made for the submission of vehicle tax in RTO office. An additional counter will be put up to facilitate people for filling tax. The process will begin at 9:30 a.m. and continue till midnight.

After midnight, vehicles that have not been listed in the tax payment list will be seized. 17 flying squad teams have been appointed to keep a check on the vehicles from Monday evening until next 48 hours. Special counters and help lines have also been created at various toll plazas for the vehicles that were held under the overloading norms.
