A brother sister duo died in Nai area when an electricity pole fell on a bike. Both the children were with their father and were heading home. As per reports, the electricity department employees were erecting a new pole in the area. The situation went out of control and they lost their grip on the pole which fell on the bike.

The old electricity pole that was broken during heavy rainfall was being replaced. As informed by police, the department had stopped traffic on both sides but the bike somehow came that way. It was around 8 p.m. when Kishan Gameti was heading home with 4 year old daughter and 18 year old son. The staff erecting the pole lost balance in the process of installing the new pole and it fell on the bike passing by. The bike fell on the ground and the pole hit the children on their head injuring them seriously. The injured were rushed to MB Hospital in Udaipur city where the medical team declared them dead.
