In her post on Trip Advisor, the female tourist mentioned that Prateek Parihar of Panna Vilas hotel alongside Fatehsagar took her to Sajjangarh fort in his car. He suggested that she could take good pictures of the fort. On their return from the fort, the owner started behaving inappropriately. She said that she felt very unsafe with the hotel owner. He even threatened that he would kidnap her. Despite the fact that she opposed him, he took her back to the hotel via dark and lonely roads in rural areas. The tourist even mentioned that she kept herself locked in her room at the hotel for that night and checked out and shifted to a different hotel the next day. She said that she had booked herself for five days in that particular hotel but had to check out because of the harassment.

Tourism department had sent the report to Ambamata police for investigations. As per police, primary investigations based on CCTV footage suggest that the lady could be using alibis for some other reason; hence they are investigating the case further.
