Jewellery was stolen from a temple at Rang Niwas Palace road.

On the morning of 14 th December when gates were opened for Shaam ji temple at Rang Niwas Palace road, it was noticed that jewellery was missing from the idols of deities. Things inside the temple were lying scattered. The window inside the temple was broken. Probably thieves entered the temple through this window.

Members of Shaam ji Temple trust, Shree Namdev Tank Kshatriya Samaj Sansthan and Shree Namdev Tank Kshatriya Samaj Yuva Samiti have pleaded ASP Harsh Ratnu for immediate action in this case. As per Secretary Ashok Chhaparwal, police were notified of this theft but they did not take any action till date. The members of the trust have requested ASP Harsh Ratnu to investigate this matter at the earliest and arrest the thieves.
