A medical student reported a case of kidnap against 3 unidentified people. As informed by Hiranmagri police station, a medical student reported a case of kidnap and theft on Monday. He said that he was released by the kidnappers on a highway but they took his car with them.

Divyanshu Chowdhary who is a resident of Bhilwara is a student of final year in Geetanjali Dental College. He lives in a rented accommodation in Kumbha Nagar. He reported that he was near BSNL office around 10 p.m. on Sunday. Some youths approached him and asked about the road to Savina. When he gave them directions, they forced their way into his car and made him drive till Kir ki Chowki. Then they pushed him out of the car at the highway and sped away with the car. After this, Divyanshu rang up his family members and police control room. His family came and took him away to Bhilwara and reported the case to police after returning to Udaipur on Monday.

The victim also told police that the kidnappers did not take away his mobile or his wallet. They only took his car. Police is suspecting that the car was taken for a specific purpose and probably the youths are planning some big crime. The situation will be clear only after the arrest of these 3 youths.
