A hotel in Goverdhan Vilas was raided on Friday. Police received information that a hukka bar was being operated in Hotel Yellow in Balicha. The illegal hukka bar was being operated for some time which was then seized by police. Hotel owner Kunal and 17 others were arrested under COTPA (Cigarette and Other tobacco products Act).
