A school prinicipal displayed smartness and caught a thief at government school in Rampura area. Principal of a Sanskrit school in Rampura, Sheela Sharma informed that she had gone to school to water the plants. It may be noted that schools are closed due to summer vacations.

Upon reaching school, Principal Sheela saw a man and his accomplice trying to steal things from school rooms. They had broken the locks of three rooms. On seeing the principal, one of the thieves fled from the spot. Roshan Gameti, residentof Bujhda, stayed back and tried to hide in the corridor. He suddenly coughed which Sheela Sharma heard. She called out to him and he came out of his hiding place.

When the principal questioned his presence, he gave an alibi of nature call and also that he came to study. Sheela Sharma displayed courage and moved ahead towards him though he had an axe like tool in his hand which was stolen from one of the rooms. She somehow took him into confidence and called up police control room.

After a few minutes, 2 police constables reached the school and arrested Roshan Gameti. After getting arrested, he also revealed that he had stolen money from the same school in the month of April. He had entered the school by creating a hole in the wall in the school’s backyard.
