Along the lines of Mumbai, Delhi and Jaipur, railway station of Udaipur will also shortly have Dual Display Infotainment System (DDIS). Udaipur is one of the seven stations of Ajmer division to get this facility.

DDIS would include an LCD monitor outside each counter which will be split into 2 layouts. The bottom section of the monitor will dynamically displays ticket information whereas the top section would host entertainment, informational content, and advertisements.

Open tender for supply, installation, operation and maintenance of Dual Display Information System (DDIS) has been floated by North Western Railway for installation at 10 counters in Ajmer, 5 counters in Abu Road. 5 counters in Udaipur, 2 counters in Marwar, 4 counters in Bhilwara, 2 counters in Rani and 3 counters at Falna station.
