A youth from Udaipur was robbed in Jodhpur by fraudsters who called him to the Blue City in the name of employment.

Ranjan Sharma of Udaipur reported to the police that he came across an employment advertisement on Facebook. He called up the phone number given in the ad. Someone called Manish answered the phone and called Ranjan to Jodhpur saying that he would be provided a job. Ranjan reached Jodhpur on 31^st March. Manish gave the phone number of his representative Ramnivas who called Ranjan to Arun Hotel at Sojti Gate. There Ramnivas informed Ranjan that they would leave for Bikaner in the evening and till then would rest in the hotel.  After taking a bath, Ramnivas asked Ranjan to freshen up. When Ranjan came out of the bathroom in another 15-20 minutes, he did not find Ramvinas there. To his shock, he found his mobile, wallet, handbag etc. missing. All of his cash, documents, ID-cards, ATM cards, pen drive were gone. Ranjan informed police who checked CCTV footage of the hotel and nearby areas and have started searching for the culprit.
