Toastmasters International, awarded Ananya Bhatnagar, a Toastmaster from Udaipur Toastmasters Club and Past Area Director of Udaipur Area with the highest award in Toastmasters i.e ‘Distinguished Toastmaster(DTM)’ award. Ananya is the youngest Toastmaster in Rajasthan(Division C, District 41) to receive this prestigious award.

Her journey is inspiring for all the Toastmasters in the Area as well as in the District 41 that includes North and East India, Bangladesh, Bhutan and Nepal. Her dedication to serve in Toastmasters along with her own excellence in Public Speaking and Leadership Skills, has helped achieve her this award in such a small age.

Ananya an Engineering Graduate from Techno NJR Institute was appointed as the first Area Director of Udaipur area in 2017-18, where she helped the clubs in the Area – Silvertongues, IIM Udaipur, Techno Ariston and Udaipur Toastmasters Club, to excel till Smedley’s Distinguished level. Later after her tenure she also extended a helping hand in bringing up a club in Jodhpur – Jodhpur Toastmasters Club.

Ananya says that Toastmasters has transformed her in a major way from helping improve her communication and leadership skills to making herself a more confident individual. She also gives credit to  Toastmasters International  to have helped her perform her best at the placement interviews and having an upper edge because of her improved communication and presentation skills.
