UDAIPURVIBES is a an IT firm working out of Udaipur. Currently they are working on their fin-tech product, ‘Saleslytics’, a Machine Learning powered product, which is a one stop solution for making general trade businesses (viz. kirana stores, general stores, small retailers, wholesalers, etc.) smarter by offering them business analytics to scale up their business. The motive is to provide general trade businesses a one stop solution for all their business needs.
This startup, being incubated in the iStart Udaipur premises, is run by a team of three – Ayush, having 2 years of experience in Web Design & Development; Aparna Chakravorty having 1 year of Android development & 2 years of expertise in graphic designing and Mustafa Dalal having 2 years of experience in Sales and marketing.
While explaining the need for such a product, they said that there are still many general trade businesses who are using conventional methods (traditional book keeping etc.) to operate their business. This, with increasing volume, becomes typical to manage, steadier and time consuming in today’s digitized world. So the idea came up to empower them digitally.
As per the team’s market survey of general trade businesses, they’ve identified that there’s a need for a solution that provides the businesses with key business insights like periodic sales analysis, sales forecasting, customer behaviour; simplifies billing and stock management; and increases their online presence. They further added that during their market research, it was identified that a number of general trade businesses lack online presence & are still using conventional methods to manage and operate their businesses. So, the team decided to build up a one stop solution to help them manage and operate business easily.
This product is an app based solution that uses machine learning to provide businesses with key business insights through data visualization, enabling them to make data driven business decisions. It facilitates easy invoicing through inbuilt bar code scanner and stock management. The start-up has a B2B model, with general traders as their target customer segment, and a value proposition of providing businesses with a one stop platform that satisfies their aforementioned needs.
