Udaipur Municipal Corporation is set to give a visitor boost to Maniklal Verma park situated near Dudh Talai by establishing an adventure zone there. Adventure zone is being established under the Smart City project and will be developed on a Public Private Partnership (PPP) model.

Tender process for the adventure zone has been completed and work is expected to being in the next 2-3 months on the same. The contract has been given out for a period of 10 years. Contractor will be responsible for running the setup and also its maintenance. Contractor will give UMC Rs 68 per year for the next 10 years. This amount will also see an annual increment.

The adventure zone at Maniklal Verma park will include a zip line, zip cycle, trekking, rope course, wall climbing, rocket injector, paint ball, cricket net, basketball net and air gun shooting facility amongst others. It is also proposed to develop a butterfly park in that area. Further cycle service will also be provided from Dudh Talai to Jungle Safari Park.
