The much awaited Passport Office (Passport Seva Kendra, PSK) will be inaugurated in Udaipur on 25 March. It has been proposed to have the PSK inaugurated by Central Minister V.K.Singh.
Preparations are going on full-throttle to ensure readiness of the centre before handing it over for public service. Gulab Chand Kataria carried out an inspection of the centre located at Subhash Nagar in that regard today along with Mayor, Chandra Singh Kothari, Udaipur(Rural) MLA Phool Singh Meena and UMC Construction committee President Paras Singhvi.
Kataria ordered a detailed and thorough inspection of all areas before handing over. Talking to media members, Kataria thanked Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj for handling back the PSK to Udaipur. He said that the PSK will bring a lot of relief and benefit to people of Udaipur and around the region.
