With the end of Paryushan festival, Shwetambar Jain community celebrated samvatsari today. On the occasion, people met their friends and relatives and asked for their forgiveness which is a customary deed of the occasion.

In the morning, members of Shri Shantinath Jain Shwetamber Murtipujak committee, in the guidance of Jain Muni Prasham Ratna Vijay Maharaj and Ratnesh Ratn Vijay Maharaj, visited Shantinath Jinalaya at Hiran Magri sector 3 and offered their prayers.

President of the committee, Sushil Banthiya and Committee Mahamantri, Utsav Lal Jain said that Shwetambar Jain community people asked for forgiveness from every living being. People called and sent messages to their friends and relatives for their forgiveness.
