The rainy season is still going on. In the 6th phase of monsoon certain areas in the country are experiencing flood. As per latest news, Pune in Maharashtra has faced flood like situation once again. Udaipur city also experienced mild to heavy rainfall on Thursday. Areas of Chikalwas, Loyra, Badgaon, Dewali, Syphen, and even some areas of Hiranmagri experienced heavy rainfall for about half an hour. The entire day people enjoyed the drizzle as the weather seemed extremely beautiful.

Jaisamand has touched the 24 feet mark on Thursday. It now needs 3.5 feet more. The level of water in Akodara dam has gone to 48 feet. Its capacity is 60 feet which means it still needs 12 feet of water. Badgaon dam has touched 22 feet. If the monsoon stays active for some time, it is quite likely that Badgaon dam will start overflowing.
