Driver Raju was interrogated by police regarding body of youth found near Baleecha bypass.

Body of Pritam Lohar s/o Indermal Lohar was found near Baleecha bypass on Friday 18th August around 9a.m. in suspicious condition. There were no marks on Pritam’s body which could hint towards an accident. Even the CCTV footage of that area showed no clippings of any road accident. His friend Raju who happens to be a driver was missing but police said that they had contacted him and he would be available soon to throw light on the incident.

Pritam was with Raju the night before the incident occurred. He had dropped Raju at Baleecha bypass. As per Raju, he has no idea where Pritam went after dropping him there. Mobile location of Pritam shows his presence in Baleecha on the fateful night. Family members are constantly enquiring police if they have come to a conclusion regarding his death.

Investigating Officer Hanuwant Singh said that driver Raju picks supplies from Dariba mines and delivers them in Gujarat. He is closely associated to Pritam’s family. Raju said that he had given 1500 rupees to Pritam’s mother and they had met on Thursday night regarding this matter. No other detail has come out in the interrogation till now. The suspense remains whether it was an accident or murder.

Pritam’s body was found near Baleecha bypass and police is still considering it to be an accidental case. Yet they do not have CCTV footage to support their suspicion. Parents of Pritam did not raise any sort of suspicion but they are certainly desperate to find the reasons behind his death. Driver Raju is being interrogated since he was the last person to be with Pritam as per what Pritam had informed his wife before leaving home on Thursday night.
