The Urban Improvement Trust organized an auction at its premises today. In the auction, a total of 8 plots were put up for sale, but only 3 of them could be sold out. The 3 plots at Meera Nagar ‘B’ block, Bhuwana, were sold out for Rupees 1 crore, 30 lacs, 49 thousand and 249.

Starting with the minimum amount of Rs. 1,500 per sq. ft the bids went up to the maximum of Rs. 2,225 per sq. ft.

The auction will carry on for the next two days for selling out the remaining plots in Hiran Magri, Sector-9. The plots in Hiran Magri fall under both, commercial as well as residential categories.
