Your life is not merely your own, the family also suffers because of your negligence.

It is the 31st National road safety awareness week. Under this various programmes are being conducted to make the people aware of the importance of traffic rules. 

The basic fact is that a person's life is not merely his own but his family members are also a part of his life. Following this, each one much follow safety rules. 

Around 18 challans were issued on Friday to the people who entered the Collectorate without wearing helmets. Collector Anandi declared that even the employees and officers will not be spared if they do not follow the safety rules. Charity begins at home.

Adhar Foundation conducted road shows and plays to show the right way of driving to the public. The importance of helmets, seat belts, first aid kits in school buses, fitness of the vehicles, no usage of mobile while driving, etc. were the themes of the road safety week. Painting competitions were also held.
