The Udaipur Municipal Corporation organized an Auction today, which added Rs.1.5 Crores in income of Corporation after hammering off just 2 residential plots.

The Auction held earlier this morning was meant for 5 Commercial and 15 Residential Properties across city, although only 2 of the residential plots at Hiran Magri Sector-11 received bidding.

According to Durgesh Sharma, President, Revenue Committee, UMC, “The auctioned properties 601 (A) and 601 (B) were called on highest bids of Rs.3620 and Rs.3950 per Sq Feet, total cost of which is Rs. 1, 58,28870 earned by UMC.”
