Old RTO resident Ladu Ram s/o Mana Ram Gameti had gone to Badi lake yesterday morning with his friends Dharmendra, Ramesh and Om Prakash. All of them entered the water for taking a bath when Ladu entered deep waters and started drowning. His friends panicked at the scene. While Dharmendra and Ramesh fled from the scene, Om Prakash went to Police station and informed Police about the entire incident.

Team from Nai Police station reached the spot. Three divers were employed to search for the body. After searching the entire day, the divers finally called off the search at 6pm. The divers were searching only with a tube, boat and elementary equipment. The eye-witnesses said that the diving team did not have proper equipment.
