A control room has been set up in Udaipur to tackle the inconvenience being faced by Udaipurites due to demonetisation of Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes. The control room will provide support to citizens with complaints regarding deposition of old notes, exchange of old notes or problems being faced while drawing money from ATMs.
As per details received from O.P. Bunkar, Additional District Collector, the control room will be accessible at 0294-2414620. The control room will be managed by Sudhir Dave, District Planning Officer. District minority development officer Rajesh Mathur will provide additional support.
The control room will record the complaints and will try to provide immediate assistance to the complainant.
