Udaipur, May 25, 2024: The Udaipur Development Authority (UDA) has unveiled an opportunity for individuals and businesses seeking residential and commercial plots in the city of Udaipur. The e-auction process started on May 22, 2024, and will run until June 11, 2024. The deadline for online registration and earnest money deposit on the UDA's official website is set for June 7, 2024.

Commissioner and Secretary Rahul Jain, representing the Udaipur Development Authority, disclosed that a total of 67 plots, having both residential and commercial needs, are up for grabs. Interested parties keen on participating in the auction program can initiate the process by registering on the official UDA website, https://uitudaipur.org/uiteauction   

Following registration, individuals are required to deposit earnest money before proceeding to place online bids on the desired plots.

Notably, the UDA has provided Google Map coordinates, comprising Latitude and Longitude details, for all 67 plots enlisted in the auction. This provision enables intrested buyers to conveniently visualize the location of each plot on Google Maps. Moreover, individuals have the option to book slots for online site inspections, allowing them to personally assess the plots before making bidding decisions.
