The transfers and re-appointment orders issued by the the office of the Joint Secretary of the Government of Rajasthan on 13 July outlined 39 transfers of administrative officers across Rajasthan.

Arvind Kumar Poswal, who is serving as the District Collector and District Magistrate of Chittorgarh, will now take over the administrative reins of Udaipur, when he succeeds Tarachand Meena as the District Collector and DM of Udaipur.

Tarachand Meena, meanwhile has been appointed as the Commissioner of the Tribal Area Development department at Udaipur.

Mayank Manish, the Commisioner of the Tribal Area Development at Udaipur will now serve as the Commissioner of the Udaipur Municipal Corporation. He will take over the reins of the Udaipur Municipal Corporation from Vasudev Malavat, who has been transferred to Jaipur as the Additional Commissioner, Appropriation and NRI, Bureau of Industrial Promotion.
