Biryani House – The famous take-away food corner has launched second edition of their brand with a family restaurant at Chetak Circle.
However, there is no official announcement from the managerial team about the inauguration as they have already started serving their guests from last 15 days.
From the popular menu of biryani house take- away, the restaurant has added some more exclusive varieties including Shawarma, Nawabi Raang, Goan Fish and Rara Ghost while their vegetarian menu has around 7 new varieties added.
Biryani House Family Restaurant is spread in the area of 1200 sq.ft with a seating arrangement for 42 persons, including a separate family room for 6 persons.
The interior of the restaurant is inspired by the famous Taj Lake Palace, a big flowery lantern is hanging on the roof with bright colored linen, and the walls of restaurant are decorated with nearly 20 photographs of Udaipur city in the early 18th century.
Farukh Hussain, one of the owners of the restaurant said, “I saw many restaurants in Udaipur and all I found was a box type structure with a roof of POP and plain walls, here we have tried to give a different look to our restaurant, a touch of old times where you can just forget your exhaustion and enjoy our meals.”
Biryani House was started in the year 2009 at Siphon, Fathepura, later the takeaway corner was shifted to Chetak Circle in 2010. No doubt the popularity of it grows speedily and just a year after in 2010 they came with a family restaurant.
The restaurant is an addition to our brand, the location is also favorable as both locals and tourists come down to Chetak Circle.
From a food take-away shop to a family restaurant, perhaps it is the first take away center in Udaipur which took an advance step in setting up a family restaurant.
In near future the restaurant is planning to operate from a LIVE kitchen, few more innovative ideas are in pipeline like adjusting some more tables by making another ‘studio’ like floor within the restaurant.
