Indian Bistro Company (Tipping Point Ventures)
Tipping point is powered by duo co-owners Shruti and Manoj. Their approach can be summed up in three words: passion for sincere food. Always on the look out for the new, they are driven by the joy of daily epiphanies. Endless new ideas come from taking what is freshest at the farm stand and being open-minded enough to having an idea, drive them in the kitchen. So what is IBC? IBC is all about CELEBRATING FOOD. IBC’s journey at the Pink City began with the iconic World Trade Park with our new brand ‘Kiosk by IBC’ followed by an innovative Lé Spring by IBC serving delectable barbecue and grill on the rooftop and modern European and Indian café at the first floor.
IBC owes its inception to the multitude of conversations with friends and family during lunches and dinners. Being hoteliers, we always felt that we were being overtly critical but then we did realize that this is not something unique to us, there are many more foodies who feel the same way. It took two years of market research and discussions to finally realize there is only one way to bring about the desired changes – by being on the ground and be on the other side of the table. And lo and Behold!! IBC was born.
Café le Spring by IBC at Vaishali nagar, Jaipur is an idea for the world to wake up and take notice of the culinary elites, enthusiast and foodies who appreciate great quality of food with an element of freshness. When the doors open of this two story restaurant, situated on the first and the beautiful second floor which has and open air terrace garden with live screening facilities, one can feel the freshness in its setup and the ambience which is complimented with great soothing music. What the pink city is about to witness is the revamped Le Spring menu with additions from Modern Indian & European dishes, where one can definitely indulge in sheer pleasure of food sin. No winter lasts forever and no spring misses its turn…Le Spring is depicting the mesmerisisng beauty of the season through food and the people behind it.
