Rajsamand,5th November 2024- In a shocking incident that occurred on Wednesday at Rajnagar area of Rajsamand district, a 24-year-old man raped a 12-year-old girl. The incident took place when the victim was alone at home, and the accused took advantage of the opportunity to commit this heinous act.

The accused has been identified as Dinesh Bheel, a resident of Majera village. According to the police, the accused sexually assaulted the young girl when she was alone at home.

Station House Officer (SHO) of Rajnagar police station Yogesh Chauhan said " The victim has undergone a medical examination, which has verified that she has been assaulted.However the victim is safe and receiving medical
treatment. A case has been filed against the accused under sections of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and BNS, and police are currently searching for the accused.

SHO further said the accused is absconding and the police have launched a manhunt to capture him.
