Mining Bribery Case: Judicial Custody extended till 5th Nov
The Judicial custody of the accused of the high profile mining bribery case of Udaipur has been once again extended till November 5th after they were produced at the ACB Court on Thursday.
The Judicial custody of the accused of the high profile mining bribery case of Udaipur has been once again extended till November 5th after they were produced at the ACB Court on Thursday.
All the accused were present at the ACB Court on Thursday considering the trail of the bribery case tht included suspended secretary of mining department Ashok Singhvi and suspended deputy director Pankaj Gehlot, informed Public Prosecutor Om Prakash Mehta.
Mehta said that the bail application of all the accused had already been put down by the local court and three bail applications were rejected by the High Court. The next hearing of the case would be on 5th November.
