Basnwara, 13.11.23- A 16 year old boy was stabbed to death on the Diwali night by unidentified accused here at district on Sunday.

Arhaan Khan a resident of Khandu Colony of Banswara went out with his friends at around 8 o'clock in the evening to celebrate Diwali, when he did not returned home till 9 o'clock his father Moinuddin and his wife went out to search him, they asked one of his friend about him upon which he said that Arhaan went on a motorcycle with some other boys.  

Arhaan's father told police that he and his father returned back home and went to sleep. When he woke up in the middle of the night and found that his did not returned back till late hours he went out of the house and started searching him again. father of the deceased boy found him lying in a pool of blood at the local play ground located few meters away from their house. His father rushed him to the government hospitals where doctors declared him dead and the dead body of the deceased boy was shifted to mortuary.

Doctors told Arhaan's father that there were 15-16 severe knife injuries on his body as due to excessive blood lose he succumbed to death. 

upon getting the information of the incident police immediately swung in action, a case has been registered under several relevant sections of IPC including section 302 and investigation has be launched.

Deputy Sp Suryaveer Singh told media that an intensive investigation has been launched into the matter. A case has been registered and few suspects were already been detained and will be strictly punished for their crime if ofund gulity.
